The position of Sous chef is responsible in assisting the Executive Sous chef and oversee the entire galley operation on Deck 4 Main Galley & DK 3 Crew Galley, and monitoring all food preparations, presentations and delivery over the course of the day. The Sous chef must control the Service Line of the opening and during service hours for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. He/She must be in full control of the Galley Operation and is in charge in the absence of the Executive Sous chef.
