The Chef Pastry is responsible for the section he/she is assigned to. This role is to assist the Pastry Chef and CDP Pastry to effectively supervise and manage the onboard Pastry/Bakery Production, ensuring that Quality Standards and Procedures are in line with Company Rules and Regulations. The Assistant Chef De Party Pastry ensures that his/her subordinates are guided and trained in order to be productive.
