The position of Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing the entire galley operation on Deck 9 Terrace Café, Tapas, Waves and DK10 Polo Grill, ensuring a smooth operation for all events, food preparations, presentation and delivery over the course of the day. The CDC is the link between his/her operation and DK 4 Main Galley.
