Attend to the day to day needs of passengers within an allocated section of suites. Ensure the passenger experience is of the highest level from the very beginning of the passenger journey. Place company gifts and additional amenities in the suite prior to embarkation. Meet and greet the passengers, explaining the role of Butler and the services available. Ensure all baggage is received and accounted for and assist with the packing and unpacking of passenger luggage if required.
