Accordingly it is a matter for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any agency, employer or job found directly or indirectly through this website.

1.2 You acknowledge that the Internet or Odyssey systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, any communication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of Odyssey and you acknowledge that Odyssey will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.

5. Information and emails you send us or submit

5.1 You should ensure that information you send to us or any advertiser is accurate and you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material that is libelous, obscene, indecent, seditious, pornographic, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience, fraudulent, which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringes the rights of any third party, in UAE, the European Union or any other country in the world; which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data) or for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or approvals.

5.6 If you apply for any job or jobs using the Website you consent to Odyssey monitoring and storing the information provided, along with the contents of any email.

10. Job Posting

10.1. By submitting a job to the website, the client is authorizing Odyssey to post such vacancy and submit candidates ranked by Odyssey in accordance with the Client's criteria (if any).

10.2. The Client is responsible for the content of the vacancy and will indemnify Odyssey against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage ("Losses") in connection therewith.

10.3. The Client shall provide sufficient details about itself and the vacancy to applicants including without limitation the Client's identity, the nature of its business, the nature of the role, the type of work to be performed, the commencement date, the likely duration, the hours of work, the location, the remuneration, the intervals of payment and benefits, and the notice periods required to be given and received.

10.4. Candidates' applications will be forwarded by Odyssey by email subject to any filtering and ranking. The Client is responsible for verifying the information contained in candidates' responses and Odyssey accepts no responsibility for the content of any such application. In particular, but without limitation, the Client is responsible for verifying the candidate's identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications and authorizations required by the Client, by law or by any relevant professional body for the vacancy.

10.5. All and any subsequent dealings between the Client and any candidate in connection with the candidate's response to the job posting are the responsibility of the Client, and Odyssey accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify Odyssey against any Losses in connection therewith.

10.6. The Client will comply with all applicable laws.

10.7. The Client accepts responsibility for any detriment which it may suffer or incur in respect of the engagement of an applicant and shall hold Odyssey harmless against any losses in connection therewith. The Client shall use all reasonable endeavors to ascertain that it will not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant it intends to engage (if any) to work for the Client in the vacancy posted.

10.8. Odyssey reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any job at any time without reason. Examples of jobs that may be removed include, but are not limited to:

1.those that Odyssey considers illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent

2.those that directly or indirectly require or ask for application or placement fees

3.those that advertise franchise, pyramid, network marketing or get-rich-quick schemes

4.those that have been indiscriminately posted or duplicated across multiple sectors

5.those that advertise websites, services, businesses, business opportunities and/or contact details6.those that advertise multiple positions in a single job posting

10.9. Some jobs posted on this Website can be published on third party partner websites, such as job aggregators. However, Candidates can apply for such jobs only via this Website.

11. Liability

11.1 Odyssey excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of this Website or your accepting of a job vacancy obtained directly or indirectly through this Website.
